Shipping

Activewear:

Deliveries of our Activewear range within Singapore are free of charge and have a lead time of 3-7 working days.  We use Singpost for our fulfilment so if you prefer an alternative carrier then please get in touch for a quotation (contact@unlimitedco.asia).

For shipping outside Singapore then please send us an email so that we can quote you for international delivery.

Accessories:

Our Accessories range are shipped directly from our partners so please allow for longer delivery lead times when placing your order.  Details can be found in the descriptions of each item.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Activewear:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our Activewear range, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange up to 30 days from purchase.

Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt as proof of purchase.

Accessories:

The returns policy for our Accessories range varies across our partners so please refer to each product for full information.  

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow for your card issuer's policies for time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
